MFS Builders designed, built and managed the entire project of the construction of our new home during the first year of Covid pandemic. Their team guided us throughout the entire project, updates were given to us weekly on the development of tasks completed and upcoming ones, they were open to changes within limits, and delivered our dream retirement home exactly as the plans. It was very important to us to have a very tight house and energy efficient. They nailed both areas. Their employees are wonderful to work with and very fun. Professionals. Very polite too. Michael F. Simon Builders completely designed and installed a new outside deck and extensive boardwalk for me. Both replaced a twenty-seven year old set of structures that had partially rotted out. Everything was constructed out of composite lumber for long term durability. This project was completed in the depths of winter. It looks great and is extremely functional. Michael Simon Builders does a great job in a highly professional manner.

Another great job by Michael F Simon Builders!! The company has performed several jobs for our family, from building our new home 10 years ago, to completely remodeling a 1950s farmhouse, to the latest task of converting our wood burning fireplace to a natural gas insert. Almost all of the jobs have been performed without us being present in the State of Wisconsin (split time with our home in Texas). The jobs have been absolutely perfect each time, and their workforce is 100% trustworthy. We would recommend them to anyone for building projects of any size.

Just dropping you a quick note to say how happy we are with the kitchen renovation you did for us. Everything was done as promised and when promised. Our only surprise was a pleasant one in that the Project Manager had some of the work re-done as not meeting his standard which was higher than ours as we never even noticed an issue until it was pointed out to us. I would also comment that several of your workers went out of their way to help make the project as painless as possible and to minimize the disruption caused by being without our kitchen. Those actions left us with the feel that they cared about our project and repeat business. We will definitely use your company for future remodeling projects.
