Sign Design Agreement Paul Simon will meet you at Simon Builders office to listen to your ideas and desires. STEP THREE | DESIGN STEP ONE 01 02 Fun Homework We send you home to complete a questionnaire to help us get to know you! We use this to customize your home to fit your needs and budget. STEP TWO 03 NEXT STEP ONE Initial Meeting Work with Lori to draw architectural plans, or edit existing ones. Make changes to fit your needs. New Home Construction OUR PROCESS Design Changes Meet at Simon Builders office to review detailed costs to build your home. Discuss everything from excavation to finishes. STEP SIX | DESIGN STEP TWO 04 05 Agreement Meeting Meet at Simon Builders office to review the detailed contract. Sign Building Contract and place initial deposit. STEP FIVE 06 NEXT STEP FOUR Detailed Bid Presented Draw any additional drawings needed for permits and production. PREVIOUS OUR PROCESS New Home Construction Begin Construction Meet the Project Manager that will be working with you throughout the construction of your home. STEP NINE 07 08 Selection Process Your Project Manager will prompt you to make selections for finishes in your home. STEP EIGHT 09 STEP SEVEN Introduction to Project Manager Start site work as scheduled based on delivery lead times of all materials needed. Continue selection process. PREVIOUS NEXT New Home Construction OUR PROCESS We confirm your selections and send out Purchase Orders in order to lock in selection pricing. 10 11 Additional Design Draw and make changes if needed for construction or as requested by the client.
